Altea Services was established in 2015 to provide corporate tax compliance services in Luxembourg.

Later on, Altea Services expanded the spectrum of its services to include Directorship, Accounting & Reporting, Administration and Corporate Secretary.

Accounting & Reporting
We provide tailored services to a broad range of clients including multinationals and private equity companies. We offer support in bookkeeping, the preparation of annual and periodic management accounts in local GAAP and IFRS.
Administration
We take care of all day-to-day administrative matters related to our client entities. Our team forms the first point of contact for our clients to ensure all administrative matters are dealt with in an efficient and smooth manner.
Corporate Secretary
We provide for all legislative and regulatory services for our clients ensuring that statutory and regulatory requirements are met. In addition, our team is principally responsible for the maintenance and management of corporate records and organizing board of directors' and shareholder-related events.

Véronique Nahoé
Véronique Nahoé is a qualified accountant with 25 years of professional experience. Véronique started her career with one of the Big 4. In 2008, she joined a major law firm in Luxembourg to set up its tax compliance division of which she became in 2011 a Vice President and a Management Committee member.
Building on her knowledge, Véronique created Altea Services in 2015 to offer a quality service to each client.
